Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at by clicking here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the odd situation, if you have ordered a product and the product is out of stock, Eddy's Smoke Shop has the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Damages and issues
Eddy's Smoke Shop will take every precaution to properly pack your order against damages, but is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Several types of products are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and health & safety reasons. Opened e-liquid bottles, drip tips (mouthpieces), used coils, and tanks/atomizers, vaping kits which have been filled with liquid or used or opened, bongs, smoke pipes & hookah hoses.

There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any product otherwise working but with obvious signs of use or wear and tear. Any items not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Also any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We cannot guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that for purchases outside Canada, if your package is rejected at the border, you will ONLY be refunded for the product and not the shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
